Circuit training is a form of body conditioning and resistance training using high-intensity workouts. It targets strength building, fat loss, and muscular endurance. An all-strength, circuit training burns way more calories than your typical weight workout or cardio alone, and it offers more cardiovascular benefits.

We keep each training class size up to 13 members in order to give each individual more privacy, interaction, and coaching. Working out can now be easier with a group cheering you along and with the guidance of Owner Cathy LeFrancois and team. 

Cathy has been professionally involved in the fitness and health industry for more than 25 years. Her vast knowledge spans in several areas such as bodybuilding, weight loss, muscle gain, strength and conditioning, nutrition, work related conditioning (police, firefighters, military, etc…) and many more services. Cathy's PPCG Fitness Trainers will also help you achieve your physical fitness goals. Their enthusiasm, positive energy, and motivation will want to make you push and train harder. You will look great, feel good, and love the results!

The circuit group training sessions are held at the private PowerCat Gym located in El Monte, CA. There are two public sessions Monday thru Friday; one at 5:30am and the other at 6pm. Every session is an hour long. You can also request a private group session of 6-13 people outside of those timeframes. So you have plenty of choices! 

The gym is fully equipped with top of the line equipment such as “Tuff Stuff” and many more. You will never have to wait for a machine, and you will get the full availability and conditioning you need. In addition, we have a cardio room equipped with several different cardiovascular machines, a tanning bed, and a full section of nutritional supplements available for purchasing.
